If you purchase one of our packages, you will receive full access to download all the source files of any of our copyrighted website template themes. Therefore, once your account is activated, there will be NO REFUNDS provided. Because our software packages are NON-REFUNDABLE, we provide a
fully-functional demo version of our system for you to fully evaluate our products before you buy. We strongly recommend that all users demo our software prior to making a purchase.

In rare instances and only within 14 days of purchase, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund due to technical problems or incompatabilites. In such instances, the following will be required to be process the refund:

a) Cancel your account at http://www.gamecities.com/sb/cancellation.shtml
(userid and password required) within 14 days of your original purchase.

b) Complete and sign LOD at http://www.gamecities.com/doc/GCLetterOfDestruction.pdf

c) Return all GameCities merchandize (including software CDs,
books, etc) you received in original resalable condition within 10 days of cancellation to:
