How and when will I get paid?
Commission payments are disbursed monthly on the 15th day of each month for all commissions earned in the preceding calendar month. Payments are withheld until the commission balance exceeds $250. For commission disbursements less than $1000, we pay by check. For amounts greater than $1000, we pay by check or bank wire. If your commission is less than $1000 and you prefer to be paid by bank wire, there is an additional handling fee of $20 per bank wire.
Do I need to know how to play the games in order to become a successful affiliate?
As an affiliate for GameCities, your success will depend on your ability to bring traffic to the GameCities.com site. Since we handle all customer inquiries, you are not expected to know how to play the games that are marketed in the packages. On average, the conversion rate is approx .5%, which means that you can expect 1 new account signup for every 200 unique visitors that you direct to the site. This conversion rate is among the highest in the industry.
